Stretch your way to fitness

Plan your exercises to your fitness requirements, time availability and type of exercises activity. Exercising properly would be enjoyable whilst it also reduces the  risk of injuring and over-straining joints and muscles. Proper exercise improves general fitness, and flexibility and physical posture and reduces stress.

A well planned exercises session should include the following in sequence.

  • Warm up ( each time before actual exercise begins )
  • Stretching (3 to 7 times a week)
  • Cardio vascular (aerobics) exercises. ( 3 to 5 times a week)
  • Stretching (3 to 7 times a week)
